AUTUMN 2009
Is it too early for Autumn? This is written on the Equinox (22nd September) so I guess it us but here we are basking in warm, sunny weather and after 5 weeks with no rain, finally had some significant amounts last weekend. The vendage or grape picking now starts and goes on into the new year. Visited chateau Crouseille for the first harvesting and chateau Montaner for a bit of plein air painting.

WINTER 2010
Here we go again! after a successful summer and a fabulous Autumn we are back to some rain and a dusting of snow. A recent exhibition at the Moulin de Bretagne and a Christmas artisans market in nearby Theze brings the year to a close. Lined up for 2010 is an August exhibition at the Petit Chein gallery in Navarenx, more paintings for the UK and a book on my recent paintings, illustrations and photography.

SPRING 2010

Spring has finally come with temperatures of plus 23 degrees and the return of the cranes. Working on the new Wine Tours for later in the year though the first big event at St Mont is this weekend. Also organising at various horse riding locations in the area. We can organise a day out with the Pau Hunt, drag hunting with about 20 hounds. The day includes lunch.

Personally, I am busily painting for my Easter Exhibitions at th ePetit Chien gallery in Naverrenx. More details at the link below-

SPRING 2010 part 2
An early summer this week with a day at 30c. Very pleasant at the moment as we are visiting wine producers in the area organising the wine tours later in the year.
