Mid week breaks from September.
All bookings Saturday to Saturday. Excluding mid week rates.
June rate applies from 30th May.
September rate applies until 3rd October.
Christmas/New Year - August rates apply. Contact us for rates at other times.

BBQ gas not included.
Bed linen and towels are supplied (including beach towels).
Wood for woodburner in the barn charged separately.
A baby sitting service is available at small extra charge.
All rates per week, Saturday 4pm arrival to Saturday 11pm departure.
A deposit for breakages/damage will be payable with the balance payment.
Cancellation fees apply.
25% deposit payable at time of booking - cheque or bank transfer in pounds Sterling.
Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date.
Booking will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
