View from space of our little piece of France.
Weather is warming up but still a bit too much rain but it does make everything green and lush. This applies to our organic veg garden which is starting to bear fruit - strawberries, lettuce, broad beans and spring cabbage are on the menu. Peas, mongetout and toms won't be far behind. Also in are melon, courgette, cucumbers beetroot and peppers as plants with French beans and radish seeds sown. Helping to get this lot going is compast from our heap which we have decided to move nearer the plot. In doing so, the blocks forming the walls were moved as well onto the tractor trailer. The blocks are hollow and having moved a few I turned round to see a large snake - about 2 feet long leaving the trailer and into the long grass!
We are planning our appearances at the various artisans fairs and fetes during the summer to sell Neil's paintings and prints.
